Paid Subscriber Update (Please Don't Delete This)
You might have gotten a cancelation email today, but we're not going anywhere.
With the start of the new year and new ventures for some of our former editors (for which we’re very happy), we’ve done a little internal restructuring at The Pomegranate and changed the bank account to which our Substack payments are being sent. Despite lots of effort to keep things running without hiccup (and a lot of chats with the customer service bots at Substack) we had to do this by canceling all existing paid subscriptions and issuing refunds to our paying subscribers for the time left on their subscriptions.
If you are a paid subscriber to The Pom, you likely received an email earlier today that stated your subscription had ended. Worry not! You can easily re-subscribe here:
To ease the inconvenience of having to do this all over again (we’re sorry!) we are discounting the monthly rate until February 1st. Everyone who signs up as a paid subscriber before February 1st can do so for $5 for the first month ($8 thereafter) or can get an entire year’s subscription for $65.
Thanks for sticking with us as we navigate tech issues. We’ll be back with more paid content (and, of course, free posts too) very soon!
If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment or join our subscriber chat.
—With gratitude,
Lucy, Lauren and Amy
The Pom editorial team
