My kids are 12 and 5, but are still big fans of Bluey. Loved these thoughts and have had many of them myself. Though I will admit feeling a little let down when the Heelers didn't actually move in The Sign. Totally get it from a storytelling perspective, but were going through a pretty big move at the time and I had to explain to my kids that no, we couldn't just change our mind and get our house back like Bluey. 😅

I let my toddler watch a little Bluey basically every day and think it’s a cute, very well written show that has some episodes that I genuinely love. I also think the Heeler parents never say no and that only works because Bingo and Bluey seem to be the most emotionally mature children who have ever lived. Dance Mode is my least favorite — I think it’s flat-out irresponsible of Chili to not say “sorry sweetie, Dance Mode doesn’t work in a crosswalk” (!!!!!). I also think Bluey’s school is kind of bullshit especially considering it seems like Bluey doesn’t know how to read and maybe doesn’t even know her numbers (!!!). (I know this is a Type of school in Australia, don’t come for me).
